Shipping Policy

Autoworks products are shipped from different locations depending on availability, taxes, storage conditions and other factors. Shipping conditions may vary depending on the product and the destination. When ordering a product, please read carefully and accept the shipping conditions relative to your product and your destination.

Delivery time

Delivery time may vary from 3 to 30 days depending on the source and the destination of the product. Make sure to check the delivery time displayed in your order summary.

Although delays are not very common, if for any reason delivery is delayed, a customer advocate will get in touch with you to solve any issues relating to your delivery

Order tracking

All orders made on Autoworks qualify for order tracking. Order tracking allows customers to follow their orders step by step from the shipping facility to their doorstep, with expected time of arrival at every step.

If for any reason you don’t receive your order tracking number please get in touch with your customer advocate.

Customs

While the vast majority of e-commerce packages are not held by customs authorities, it is possible that some countries require customs clearance for high value packages. In this case a notification is sent by the local authorities to the recipient in order to start a customs clearance procedure which takes a few hours at most.

Autoworks cannot be held responsible for the delay or loss of packages held by local customs.
